Heat-Teks latest project. The Barn was formally used commercially and is now being converted into a luxury residential property.
Heat-Tek will be carrying out all of the Underfloor Heating and Plumbing installation.
The heating on the first floor will be the latest floating floor underfloor heating system, to all six bedrooms and en-suites. There will also be an independent towel rail circuit to all the en-suites.
The heating for the ground floor will be a screeded type system, which will be laid on cellotex insulation and screeded over.
All of the 35 new rooms will be controlled by individual remote programmable thermostats.
The heat source will be via a 40KW Ground Source Heat Pump, where the heat is gained through eight 120m bore holes.
All in all this will be a super efficient heating system.
In addition we will be carrying out the complete plumbing installation to the total of eight bathrooms and Steam Room.
